Struttura

Il set di serraggio è collegato con la cremagliera per catena tramite una maglia di giunzione semplice. La guida della catena ha luogo nel profilo gabbia del Materiale "S"®1000 verde. Questo profilo viene avvolto dall'esterno da un profilo di acciaio a C. I profili di acciaio a C vengono fissati al pavimento con le clip. Nelle catene oltre i 2500 mm di lunghezza vengono impiegati anche angolari di fissaggio che sono integrati nella dentiera con gli elementi di collegamento Duplex. In questo modo viene impedito lo spostamento della cremagliera per catena nel profilo gabbia all'avvio e alla frenata. Le cremagliere per catena sono disponibili per catene di dimensioni 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" e 1".

Le nostre cremagliere per catena si sono affermate in modo eccellente come alternativa economica alle dentiere fresate. Il sistema è caratterizzato dalla facilità di montaggio e regolazione, e viene fissato tramite la piastra di ancoraggio e il set di serraggio all'altra estremità.

Full speed ahead – the tangential force on the sprocket

The correct choice of sprocket is vital in order to ensure the optimum flow of forces and maximum durability of your components. To keep the contact ratio as favourable as possible, the sprocket must have lantern gear toothing. 15 is recommended as the minimum number of teeth. The optimum value is N 19.
